RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Marinegoldhunter

The reason for my response to my friend carnarvon is that every time there is a post that mentions the word consolidation, he has this big fit about how much money he lost on Integra by having fewer shares. I get it carnarvon would like to see 750 million shares out,, more shares out,, more shares your account !

carnarvon believes in a consolidation the only thing that happens is the company rips you off for your shares with no reciprocating share price adjustment ?

“”I also went thru a 1 for 10 rollback and I can tell you I dont see that losing my share count was that great””

Well it was great for myself and the company !

SHARE CONSOLIDATION AND NAME CHANGE

The Company also announces that the Board of Directors has unanimously approved a consolidation of its share capital on the basis of one (1) new common share for up to every existing ten (10) common shares (the "Consolidation"), subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company and regulatory approval. Where the exchange results in a fractional share, the number of common shares will be rounded to the nearest whole common share. The Board of Directors believes that the Consolidation will enhance the marketability of the common share as an investment and should facilitate additional financings to fund future operations.

And we may see this again if we merge with ER !

IMHO
