SP going forward??

SP going forward??First, I really like this deal and the market obviously loves it big time what with todays SP increase on substantial volume. But, I wonder what SP will do going forward in short term at least. Remember this is part of a bankrupcy settlement, which I assume means the court-appointed receiver will sell the shares to settle with creditors of Century Mining. I doubt that the receiver has much option to just play the market and wait to see where SP goes and will sell into the market when the deal closes in October? I am just asking the question here because I do not know. I guess we will know in October.

The Property is being acquired from Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche Inc. (the "Vendor"), who is acting as court-appointed receiver of the assets of Century Mining Corporation ("Century"). ... Closing is scheduled for October 2014.
