RE:RE:RE:Does AZX have something ? It would not be that much of a dilution on a buy out. And, the premium for buying the entire company would probably not be much higher than the premium for just the Airport property. A bid at .10 to .11 cents would be a nice premium for AZX SHs. Rolling into ICG would be attractive, and, a good chance for AZX approval. You'd have somewhere between 8+ or 9 to one on the share purchase; maybe somewhere between 30-40m shares. Certainly not a minor amount of shares, but, if AZX is hitting on Triangle Too (their Airport property), then ICG not only increases their resource potential, but, becomes a developer and project generator (with cash in the next few years to advance the MANY AZX properties) in the middle of a gold bull market.
