RE:RE:EldoradoEldorado is a mess right now.  It suspended its dividend at the start of the year and is depending on new mines in Turkey and Greece to double current production by 2020.  Might work out but is it worth the risk to own the stock.  Turkey is on the edge of all the middle-east madness and who knows what type of government Greece will have in 2020.  Eldorado is not making much money on what it produces now ($0.01 cents a share last quarter).  

Edrorado plans $550 million in CAPEX in 2017 so without the LOC will have free cash of $400 million.  
At todays Eldorado SP, it would be approximate 20 - 25% dilution to takeout Integra on the cheap with shares.  I just don't see the shareholders going for it with everything else going on.  Hope it doesn't happen as I don't want to hold Eldorado shares for another 8 to 12 months to get the Capital Gains rate.
