RE:Ulterior motive ?What's the legal basis for that M2? I thought they had 100 days to find a white knight and then the shareholders decide. I'm sure they would issue a quick RE and PEA incorporating all drilling assayed if they thought the bid was inadequate. I think a hostile takeover is quite possible if the bid is high enough. Management could argue that there are a lot more targets to drill but if the big shareholders like the bid its over.
Nothing holding the SP from here to the PEA but the POG. December is usually a bad month for gold so the SP could drift down. Drilling results from Triangle won't move the neddle much. Wedging from the Lamaque Deep starts this week. I hope they give priority to the LD cores over the Triangle cores in their core handling facilities. Some nice LD hits would support or raise the SP until the PEA is released.
