RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ulterior motive ?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ulterior motive ?I do not agree, at least not with the assumption that this `Sucks for another 15 months`.

The delays in producing up to date resource estimates in 43-101 technical studies and the postponement of new PEA´s etc... are facts that can not be denied.

The underlying reason why Integra have decided to do so is of course of much more importance. I do not want to spoil anyone´s bright long term vision of Integra´s plans but I am inclined to think that the sole reason for these, otherwise unexplainable, delays is the fact that management apparently wants the shareprice to stay as low as possible.

A low shareprice will result in a cheap takeover BUT boardmembers and Integra officers will in that case be able to negotiate a much better deal for themselves. I have written about this scenario before in much more detail, also including examples of similarities in past take outs.

Imho we are heading for a swift take over......

IF you do not agree with my viewpoint please try and explain the delays.
