yes it will trade today. It will most likely open over 1$ so not really worth trying to get in first thing. Only way this goes to or over price offered by el dorado is if the market believes there will be another higher offer. If not you can sell and move your money elsewhere. But you will lose out if they get competing bids. This offer stinks IMO I am not happy but I will most likely sell if it gets over 1.15 today. no sense waiting and praying for another offer when I can allocate the money ive made to another take out candidate.
