The Bonnie Claire Property is located within Sarcobatus Valley, which is approximately 30 km (19 miles) long and 20 km (12 miles) wide. Its New Pass Gold Property is located in Eastern Churchill County, Nevada. The New Pass Gold Property is comprised of 107 mining claims. Its Midas South Gold Property is situated between Ivanhoe mine and Midas mine along the Carlin Trend. The Midas South Gold Property is located along Nevada’s gold belt-the Carlin Trend.

What I think is they have to come out and say why they are doing things the way they aer doing them....

PP will never close at this price. Either reduce it or get some investors to buy up the stock, it is thin.... wouldn't take a lot of money to get it to the 20's.

No insider buying, doesn't instill much confidence..... if this has the same issues as Far does ie. PP doesn't close and options issued... well it will be a sitting duck for a while.
