Its Midas South Gold Property is situated between Ivanhoe mine and Midas mine along the Carlin Trend. The Midas South Gold Property is located along Nevada’s gold belt-the Carlin Trend.

Ah okay then you keep hoping and waiting. If it happens then great but I am not counting on any JV news on Smith Creek given the missed first payment.

I will focus on the tangible stuff that are on track to be delivered. I expect the merger with Nevada Lithium to be completed in 60 to 90 days. I expect more drill results to be released soon that will better define the Bonnie Claire resource. I expect that an offtake deal will be coming post merger with a major OEM as the GM investment in Thacker Pass will trigger others to act sooner rather than later.
