Good observations pool...thanks for writing up...want to comment on two points:

1. someone from the $2.55M offering is selling..that's why the momentum has been sapped...once that overhang is gone (and it could be gone today as the financing is supposed to close)...we will have our aniticpation for interim phase II data to look forward to...that could be any time between Aug and December....but the good news is that there will be no more financings before that event, so anyone who wants to invest in ICO will have to buy on the open market...we could see significant share price appreciation.

2. the outcome of the BB healthcare conference could be the financing itself...bb were the lead financiers.

your point about event is well taken...we could languish here all summer....my guess is though that we will gradually head towards $1 as we head for the fall months.
