RE:RE:Talk with MeekisonAndrew's a smart guy. I'd say the timing was good too. Better to do the financing now, rather than two months down the road when the buying frenzy is in full bloom. The selling was probably from folks who either thought they could get in on the financing, or gypsy swapping from the group that has already bought some from the US. Who knows...perhpas the push from the US was already pre-arranged as part of the pp...remember it's the US buying that got us to high .50s anyway.
