However, the CEO was selected by majority of shareholders. In other words, most of shareholders believe that Andrew Rae is the best person as the CEO and he can manage the company effectively. If you held 50% of the shares, you could easily vote him down for your will for sure. Unfortunately, you can't do it because you are not even a shareholders. So your words is useless here. Therefore, no matter whether I and others agree with you or not. Good luck to you.
