Just think about all the drug ICO team can work on just remember Dr. Kishor Wasan didn't get higher position for no reason they're are always reasons behind everything, just like how ICO mentioned that they will receive 32 million but weeks before the stock was already on the move stock pricw always fluctuates for a good reason.
