I would be very cautious with that line of thinking. The original agreement says that ICO may receive 32M in milestone PAYMENTS, plural...not PAYMENT, singular.

I'm not syaing it's not possible that IMNP or other party could offer ICO a lump sum payment, but the language used in the NR documents implies multiple payments
