RE:25 million extra stocksI think its going to bring the stock down when the issue any more shares. Who would buy those new shares at market value??? They'll be sold for less than market value. It's dilution, plain and simple. 

This is not meant to be a criticism of management or meant to "slam" the company. It's common in biotech and many other sectors to issue new shares to raise capitol and current shareholders never say "yay!!! we own less of the pie now".
