To me this is a bit awkward that when the Rodman conference is almost over, they release this news as if someone will make arragements last minute to arrange 1-1 meetings. I know they mentioned about Rodman conf before as well on 29th but this news release should have been earlier or together with the same NR.
I think the deal is already in negotiation and this relese was to boost the stock price for better deal with the potential partner. Something is going on behind he scenes. Phase 1 results might even be better than what iCo expected so could be 2-3 parties interested.
