Any news in last 2 weeks of September
so the question is are we going to have the funding news this month or its too optimistic time lines. My guess is last week of September as it would be a month after Rodman investor event so that should be enough time for meaningful negotiations. But could well go dow to mid-October as well.

Interesting times ahead. if the bull flag pattern holds with 10c support. This should go to 35c plus on positive news.
