Personally, I think there are a lot of newbies invested in this stock who placed way too much emphasis on the release of the pharmakinetic data. Once it was announced that the study was positive, that's all that mattered. The pharma data that was promised was just the details of why the study was positive. But people were all moon eyed waiting for "the news!" of the pharma like it was going affect the sp. This is a penny bio stock. Comes down to financing and trial results. Not interest rates, or federal spending policy, or pharma data. That's why there was a runup when IMNP had a positive trial result: it moved ICO one step closer to making some $$$. You'll get little spikes of iinterested when the last pt in a study is dosed, but that's about it.
