Difference between MBAC and a Venture stock

Difference between MBAC and a Venture stockVenture stock

1) Will continue to need more financing and dilution

2) May never get public financing greater than to cover it's next 3 months in bills, then will need to ask the public for money again

3) May never see anything built other than outhouses, and may never see any production and be bought out for next to nothing.

4) Holds no real assets (other than the property outhouse)

5) Zip revenue

MBAC

1) Has secure lender financing and fully backed

2) Completed mining operation worth $200 million dollars

3) Can sell their product domestically for revenue

4) More than a one trick pony with 3 proven properties and I suspect Santana will be it's second project if not bought out first
