RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Christmas coming early for the buyersOh I agree about shareholders not accepting a 25 percent premium. Usually offers start at 25 to 40 percent or higher. Look at the fight for Osisko. Don't know if there is a poison pill here maybe you do.

Majors are unlikely to buy this out yet as they haven't announced commercial production yet. Majors buying new producers like to wait for full production and all associated costs before the initial offer.

Sure they can see the extreme value here but they can also pick and choose among the few. MBAC would be in the catbird seat as Brazil has little domestic supply. Ok let's see what happens.

My hope as we enter into 2015 and MBAC starts receiving orders while in 2015 ramping up to 300,000 -350,000 tonnes per year production the stock proice will naturally climb and I hope your wrong at least until were back to a dollar.
