RE:I see absolute no reason for panicI wholeheartedly agree with Aktiolysator post. There is NO NEED TO PANIC as MBC has extensive and considerable assets that are saleable. The October NR has basically the same information. We all knew the situation for months.
Deutsche Bank involvement is the ONLY new info and that is a very positive indication of progress out of the present situation.
This NR needed to be made for shareholder information as there is new information (Deutsche Bank involement) for SH to be made aware of. Listing regulations are followed by mgnt..
Speculation is running rampant especially on this BB.
The essence is in the detail: "Options under consideration in the strategic review process include, but are not limited to, securing a strategic partner, the sale of the Company or its assets as well as other potential value-maximizing transactions. A number of potential candidates have already been selected and approached and are currently initiating the process of evaluation of the Company and the Itafós Operations."
I for one will not sell any of my shares due to this news release.
