RE:RE:RE:voting

RE:RE:RE:voting
It's too bad but I think the voting is due before the AGM. Voting blind seems to be like playing roulette. The supposed silence over the last quarter, two quarters, from the management only makes the situation even more vague. Instead of whining, though, I hope to come up with a better strategy over the next day. I think the extension of the voting deadline means that the vote is important to management. What I am trying to decide is if it is better to vote the same management in to expediate things in our favour, or vote them out to accomplish the same. It seems that retail investors have so little influence, yet if that is so I don't understand the extension. I think this is a puzzle I have to figure out soon. I probably will go to Toronto to the AGM. I still have to decide how that can help at all. This decision cannot be postponed for another week though. I think it has been paused this long in lieu of the AGM. The vote seems important to them. Maybe it determines which of the board will get the bigger cut of compensation. I doubt that the BOD is working in concert, for if they had been then there would have been a decision by now. I'd like to ask each of them "Are you for a buyout or not?"
