Farim is a phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau. Santana is a vertically integrated high-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Para, Brazil. Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

no one knows exactly when news of the sale will occur

Although no one can know, the average investor sees a buyout happening. It seems like it would happen fairly soon. There must be a news release related to the meeting soon. News releases tend to drive the price up. I would bet there is a news release today after closing about the meeting, hopefully about the vote results. As far as owning these shares, it seems like a dangerous idea to sell before close today, as the likelihood of some news just before or after the stat holiday seems stronger now. I would think if somone wants to flip it for a penny thursday or friday would be a better idea.
