Farim is a phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau. Santana is a vertically integrated high-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Para, Brazil. Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Look, this isn't the only news, this is only the first news. We are expecting the news about the meeting. We are expecting the news about the vote. We are also going to get the news on the sale of this company. I'm sure there will be something on the vote before market opening on Thursday.
If you can't relax after all this time then sell. I did. I panicked and sold most of my position at 0.105 and ended up rebuying at 11cents. You know what kind of dumbass that makes me? Go ahead and sell. Quit whining and man-up.
