Further update ...As a result of all my calling around on Friday I happened to source the name of their legal advisor so left a message . Just received a callback and was informed that their role as legal advisor to MBC was terminated very late last year. It sounded like either Nov or Dec but they wouldn't gve me the exact date. There really was not hing they could divulge to the client privilege but at least we now know they either have a new advisor or none at all which would only make sense if the deal was signed & sealed already. Just an FYI to all ....
