Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Of importance ...this is a CTO not a MCTO which appears is not even an option due to their continual late filings not to mention their upcoming delisting deadline on April 22nd.  These guys are a piece of work so sure.
