Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Unfaithful MBAC .... 2.5 MBAC = 1 GBL TSX.VMost of the debt is secured, the only unsecured debt are two facilities which were $34.4 mil and $52.7 mil at Sept 30, 2015.  About $82 mil, or 94.5% of that is gone with the wind as a part of the bankruptcy / creditors arrangement act.

Either way, we are talking about a $0.0175 / share or $0.022 / share.  Makes no difference.

These are also calculations, and by no mean a price someone is willing to pay.


At the end of the day, a recapitalization was a very likely scenario and we all knew the risk involved.
