There are two scenarios here as was eluded by others.  No action, sitting on the $7M and covering costs with production revenues from existing operations = pretty much dead money untill MVP gets moving and we know this will not be for a while.

There should be small window of activity when cabinet aprroves MPV but this will most likely settle bact to aroung 0.11-0.12 after few days and may slowly drift lower like we saw after NEB decision.  The process would go back to the consortium to decide if they go ahead and with no government help (understood in a broad range here from loans to actual contribution of infrastructure or other spending) this might still die if they decide the investment is not worth it given present NG prices.  I can see this IFR moving higher only with government giving out some treats here to guarantee the project goes ahead.

The only option to move this independent of MVP is to provide a shorter term (shorter then the MVP timeline) growth strategy.  This would mean a deal of some sort either by aquisition or, and I think this might be possible too, disposition of some norther holdings.
