My take is the deal is off.  PP was made as part of it and was cancelled.  The property sale was not approved by the board of directors on the buyer side so this has nothing to do with IFR side.  I thought the sale price was a little low with value equal to about 1 year's worth of production so I'm fine with hanging on to these.   I thing the MVP is back in paly and that is where things are going to happen next (EL bids).  I don;t expect much to happen till July, however looking at NG prices there is a nice trend happening over the last month and lots of opinions out there say NG is will be back in favour.  Lets see...
