I was hoping for 10 to 1 but 20 to 1 means they need more money for what they want to do. Just my guess. GLTA

To me this is like putting lipstick on a pig......post consolidation 14 Million shares will quickly turn inot 30 Mil then 50 Mil and the process starts over again. I can only recall one stock I had where the reverse split eorked.....that was years ago and it was an American med co9mpany. Doing this makes the stock lok more valuable when in reality nothing has changed.

DEpends on the next deal. The Mexican thing would have worked but the Amigos are trying to squeeze us out. This, after the financing, will put cash in the bank and we are stronger to monetize our Mexican asset when we sell it. No fire sale then. AMLO election cannot come soon enough.

At .005c the stock will end up at .15c. Do you sinscerely believe it will hold that level or rise.....I am very sceptical that such will be the case. We shall see. Millions !.2 million sold at .005c this morning and another 1 Mil offered up at .01c. The total volume at 4 PM should be an indicator of shareholders sentiments. I'm with kegman on this for starters it was inevitable how else do you you raise money for a new beginning the management is Calgary based they are oil and gas guys I'm sure they have had few deals come there way...the other thing is not many oil and gas shells out there which is what we essentially are. Maybe some small companies that want to go public but don't want to go thru the ...more

Tax loss selling for those who didn't alrady write this off last year. It is what it is....I have too much invested not to try and get some back out. New boss has more shares than me, not by much ,so I trust he will get me something back! I hope.
