Keith, everything other than the interest rate and term are private. That is unheard of. How can a investor take a company seriously when they do not even have a clue if they are near breaking a covenent that would bring the company (from a shareholders perspective) tro it's knees? That is unheard of and it flies in the face of public disclosure and transparency

Keith, feel free to post but I think you should disclose that you are financially compensated by the company to write positively about them and therefore your words must be viewed as being biased.
