the tension will start building in March when both the earnings and the Integrity deal closure will come out, probably at the same time

closing the deal takes so much time because it's a small snake trying to swallow a much bigger snake

I would imagine the audited files are what is taking the longest, and most financial institutions would want those Befote finalizing anything
