The term "proven resource" is specific. Up to this point on Electra there are only individual samples. One would expect further work to define drill targets then drilling with results that may be used to define a resource be it measured , indicated or infered then eventually this might be upgraded to a reserve in the proven or probable class.
This is how prospects evolve under NI43-101 regulations.
Having said that I like what I've seen so far and will be waiting for upcoming news.
