If you check SEDI - System for Electronic Disclosure of Insiders - www.sedi.ca, you will see that Duane currently holds over 9.7 million shares of IML, plus his options. It is very apparent that he would be motivated to see IML succeed as well as EnviroLeach. You will soon learn, if you have not already, that these two companies will work very closely together.
