Sorry Newname, but I must correct your statement that Duane Nelson has no shares of Iberian Minerals. If you check SEDI - System for Electronic Disclosure of Insiders - www.sedi.ca, you will see that Duane currently holds over 9.7 million shares of IML, plus his options. It is very apparent that he would be motivated to see IML succeed as well as EnviroLeach. You will soon learn, if you have not

thanks I also found out from friend this am this procedure w/r/t dissenting shareholders is not so heavy handed when there is substantial changes in a company thanks again
