Very pleased with SIB. Book value now at $1.28 per share$11.6 million worth of stock was tendered at an average price of 78 cents per share so it was undersubscribed but not grossly undersubscribed by any means. It also means everyone that wanted to tender shares were able to at his chosen price.
The book value is now at around $1.28 per share with still over $10 million to do another SIB or two over the subsequent months if Input chooses to as I hope it does.
