RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:A million redflags with Input Capital Bridgeway NationalMaybe.  But since Input is supposed to be bought and not buying someone else, and as a company, has little directly at stake here, the likeliest explanation is that this is what it seems, someone putting a deal together with a third party's money.  If it falls apart at the last moment,  those purchasing in the last month and a half are hurt but the company itself is largely unaffected.  The search will go on.
