Plan of Arrangement Approved - The Money - Oct 1st? I see that the final plan of arrangement as approved yesterday. Now its all about the money showing up. I believe the Emsley family are the ones taking a portion the equity in the new deal - maybe Farquar as well, but I think Emsley will be a driving force in the "new" company. The deal was scheduled to close Oct 1st; that might be a little optimistic, but the only thing we at waiting on is the money to show up. Happy hand wringing longs. Look at this opportunity for a 2.4% return in a couple of days everybody else!!!
