TORONTO - Intertainment Media Inc. (TSXV:INT) said Tuesday that it has received a US$30-million offer for its Ortsbo translator subsidiary from an unidentified U.S. publicly listed company.
The company said it was reviewing the offer and would provide additional details as they became available.
Intertainment shares closed up three cents at 12 cents on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Ortsbo allows real-time conversational translation in over 50 languages
It generates revenues from translation through contextual and display advertising and sponsorship.
Intertainment Media owns and operates several businesses including Ad Taffy, itiBiti, Ortsbo and Magnum.
