Writing On The Wall

Oct.25th is set as the deadline for Proxy voting rights. Those who meet the deadline will be sent a circular prior to the meeting,which will summarize the proposals to be voted on Nov.29th. If the voting includes any material news or changes, then I believe we will have a NR prior to the mailing of the proxies.

With the two past NR's 1) Corporate Update announcing the company's intention to spin-off Ortsbo and 2) The closing of the Saas acquisition, I think its a highly probable that one of the proposals that shareholders will be voting on, will be details concerning the spin-off.
