Now, they have to paid fiscal tax 2011 on their spring profit. The small investors want to sell the ré-in stock for a fiscal lost right now and the big guys know that. That why the SP willl go down all december month. Le big guys will keep all stop lost for them.
The Q1 trimester will be a desastre (hire personal, marketing fees, etc...). Encourage SP.down. And at the end of the month, the SP will go sharply up because of the share dividente of the spin off attraction.
We have to wait for these events...
