I agree with Frozenone.

The day that Ortsbo shares will be available on the market then INT will decrease on the same amount because Ortsbo shares are a dividend. Then the total of INT and Ortsbo will be the same amount than the day before.

But where we will have a plus value it's beacause already Ortsbo worth more than 210 M....Then at the day that Orstbo's shares will be available, the shares might be at 15 $ (conservative) or more !
