purpose of halt Im still trying to understand the purpose behind it.
Could it have to do with some sort of documenting shareholders as of the initial halt date in order to know who gets the spin off shares?
If this was such a win/win pertaining to getting shares of the ortsbo spin out then you would think .60 would be long gone.
This is the most frusterating stock I have ever owned. So many great news releases and what looks to be a good increase in shareholder value, yet the share price is 1/2 of what it was a year ago
