RE: Reelnorth: Spin-out question Because something is wrong with the math. The big houses would have smashed this stock to get that 7.00 dividend. The problem I see, and nobody else here will get to read this because I'm on ignore everywhere, is that int has over 300 million shares out, and is running out of money pretty fast. Even for mega super duper longs that is not debatable, just a fact.
Int has been seen as a share printing machine for about a year, as the float went from 112 million to over 310 million
The stock price has never approached previous levels and even dropped to under .30
Int will hold however many shares valued they say at 7.00. Is everyone missing the small print on the pp announcement for ortsbo, issued along with the spinout announcement that ortsbo will be doing a private placement immediately upon listing? The market likes small floats. Ortsbo immediately creates a dilutive environment as it is printing shares right away, with no income, and no history as a company independent of int. the small print says that unles they can raise the 20m or whatever the number is, the pp will not go ahead. If lucatch actually found someone willing to put up 20 million dollars on a spec play, then good on him. I think int has show itself to be opportunistic in financing, with high option prices that realistically will never get hot now that the oly viable property is being spun out
Just my opinion, and not defamatory in any way
I also think that the market is not I pressed by a company suing people on an open forum. The sp has tanked pretty hard since then, with the exception of a couple of brief times over .60. The .60 would be 1.80 without the DILLUTION, which you have all held through, or so you say
