Who pays 20 cents for what they can get @ 18??? So how is that second tranche of the financing going to get filled at 20 cents when the market price is 18? My prediction is a reprice to 15 cents. And of course if they do that, they have to reprice the first tranche to 15. That will cause the stock price to drop to 12 and the whole vicious downward cycle continues because who would pay 15 for something they can get for 12? Just like SCG, another spring 2011 tech pump darling.
