Lojax go find me a PP announcement where the company pays more than the market price just for the warrants lol

 

Every single one of these PPs goes something like this...the current stock price is 25 cents...the offer is stock at 20 cents with warrants at 29 cents. Go looks around the TSX and tell me if you see otherwise hahaha. You can start with SCG and how successful they were at getting theirs filled at what happened to the stock price as a result.
