This is the 3rd incarnation of int since 2007. Int is the third RTO lucatch pulled off since 2007! Small wonder the regulators pulled the pin on the grenade on the capstone RTO to spinout ortsbo. That laugher was worth what? "210 million". Int market cap is now 44 million. 20% of the "value" of ortsbo.
If they win poynt, then it may be a good fit. But how do you MONETIZE it. Osis couldn't. And we have seen how successful int management has been at cash burn. But they can pick up "20 million" in goodwill on the Pyn assets.
It doesn't matter what you say here. This will be a huge success, even though all the numbers and common sense dictate that it's a blatant, diluted failure.
