RE: RE: INT so far has disappointed... Int was really first to really promote real time chat. With clever wording and marketing, they managed to stun everyone and move the share price high enough for long enough to raise a ton of money. They should have taken the other millions when offered but that's hindsight. The biggest mistake was all these fringe multimillion dollar incubator investments. The company doesn't hold enough ownership, or has declined to increase ownership to levels where they can exert some control.
I would say the best one they have put through the model is knictr. The del they got for it makes absolutely no sense, and the terms of the deal are really vague. If comobility was rolled in though, the deal makes more sense because it puts the upfront sell price below intertainments cost. However, there are future revenues and liquidation wins for int if they occur
a a huge problem here is a lack of detailed information. No presentation on the multitude of properties they hold. Some are pretty good. But there are so many products that could be sold that aren't, such as o4o, 020, the e reader translator etc. regardless if they use google or not, the product is pretty good at what it does.
Management is failing to execute and now competition is eroding the first in advantage they held 2 years ago.
If management could execute any strategy not involving burning 500 grand a moth to show "users" and be straightforward with holders and the market, this could actually be a good product. Too much vaguary and sleight of hand has occurred and the market just looks at this sideways every time there is news.
I was here a long time, and my facts are bang on. Dont shoot the messenger. Lucatch needs to go for you to have a chance.
