Why would you be sure that they are commercializing ortsbo?  Because the company said so?  Like 212 million users? Like regular communication? Like contracts being released?

the 3.5 for itibiti isn't all cash. Read the news. It's debt, equity, cash or other or a combination. They OWE 2.3 plus interest on the itibiti debenture. 

Do you read anything?  This company has shown that just because they say something will happen doesn't neccessarily mean it will. Aka ortsbo spinout. And what's the stake in shiny worth. Is t that a decent holding ?
