In 2008, Jeff was promoted to the role of Senior Vice-President, TELUS Corp. and President, TELUS International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TELUS with over 15,000 TELUS team members providing business process, information technology and contact center outsourcing solutions from facilities located around the world, including Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America.

Since joining TELUS in 2001, Jeff has held progressively senior positions in Finance and Administration, IP Applications Business Development, New Product and Service Development, Ventures and, most recently, Mergers and Acquisitions.

Jeff has extensive international experience in the communications, technology, contact center and health care sectors including strategic planning, corporate reorganizations, investor relations, asset and contract management and human resources.

Prior to TELUS, Jeff served as Vice-President, Corporate Development and General Counsel, at Daedalian eSolutions, where he was responsible for leading Daedalian's go-public transaction in 2000 and then directed the sale of Daedalian to TELUS in 2001. From 1998 to 2000, he was President and a Director of a CDNX-listed technology company. Since his call to the Bar in Ontario in 1989, Jeff was employed as counsel to a private law firm, a health care company, and a software company, in addition to managing his own private practice.

Jeff presently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TELUS International and its operating subsidiaries: TELUS International Philippines; TELUS Philippines; Ambergris Solutions; TISCS; TELUS International Barbados; TELUS International Caribbean; Transactel Barbados; TELUS International (U.S.) Corp.; TELUS International (U.K.) Limited; CallPoint New Europe AD (Bulgaria); and S.C. CallPoint New Europe S.R.L. (Romania).

He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Intertainment Media Inc. (CVE:INT), and serves as Chairman of Intertainment's Compensation and Governance Committee. Additionally, Jeff is a member of the Board of Directors of Alpha Cancer Technologies Inc. and he serves as an Advisory Board member of Enderun Colleges Inc. Further, he is a founding member of the Canada-ASEAN Business Council and in 2011 and in 2012, Jeff served as honorary chair of Reach for the Rainbow’s Crystal Ball.

Jeff obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University and his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Ontario, Canada, is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and, from 1989 to 2000, taught Business Law at York University, Department of Economics.
